It's a free programm quite similar to guitar pro. Of course not that complex, but very useful as well. You can download it here for example:

I am not sure neither if its in standard E or D, but you can play it with both tunings

Interesting I figured it was 1/2 step down but wasn't sure, and since I don't have that much of a great ear I figured I'd ask someone with a better ear. Anyways, thanks,
