okay man:

Standard Tuning (E-A-D-G-B-E)

E (7th freth, A string)
E/D# (you gotta play the E chord but the top note is not the E, its the d# on the A string)
C#m (4th fret A string)
B (2nd fret, A String)
A (A string)
F#m (2nd fret lower E string)
B (2nd fret, Astring)

and then repeat this pattern once

I've got Guitar Pro tabs of Generation Wild and Beautiful Pain.
I tried to put the vocals in them too but it's not perfect. somewhat accurate though.

(i finally have a newer version of guitar pro, (NOT guitar pro 6 but still ) so i can open them without problems, yay.)

I can't open the files.. it says "to open this file please update your Guitar Pro software" even though I re-installed guitar por 5 and guitar pro 6 it won't work.

It's weird they don't work for you Joey, I made them in GP5 so they should work...
Try re-downloading them or opening with another program like Tux Guitar.
