A positive view on life is the best gift you can give yourself. When we whine, are never happy, or are upset, we are not thinking positively. "I'm going to be hopeful" is not an answer. The best thing to do is to ask yourself, "What can I do to be happy?" Part of having a good mentality is being able to see and take advantage of opportunities around you. A rest! People often underestimate how important sleep is, even though getting enough sleep is important for health, creativity, and longevity. Make sure you get enough sleep if you want to feel rested, alert, and happy.
