^ I Think they agreed to only do CD:s tho.

So you might be able to join in on the fun.
It´s hard to light a candle, its easy to curse the dark instead!

why would that be the deal-breaker?
let someone send you a cd and then you can convert it to tape.....

It would be cooler with tapes, we know, but not everybody's got the possibility to either make it or listen...

I don't have all the music i want to put on mix tape as cd. But i can make vinyl to cassette

I cant. Maybe my grandparents have a cassette player that can do that (I remember doing it there), but it may be drowned in dust by now.

Hah, I was trying to read through this topic but since it was moved here from somewhere else, I'm not sure if I get it right. Can someone explain me briefly what it is about? Making a mixtape of... what? Random favourite songs? And sending it to someone who's in too? :)

Its about making a mix of 12 songs (isnt that what we ended up with?). I guess you can say random favourite songs xD And then we're supposed to send the CD to someone. No one is gonna know who sent the cd, and you dont get to know who youre sending to before youre done with the cd.
