Bleaching will always weaken your hair cause it's quite an agressive treatment. I wouldn't ask a professional to do it, because they know how long the thing must stay on before you burn your hair completely and are left with no hair at all...

it might take more than 1 time to get it a good blonde.
and it really KILLS your hair. im using soo much hair treatment now to fixx it after bleaching haha. it looked nice.. but my split endz fell out all the time.
one side of my hair was shorter because it was the same side i rested my head on the pillow at night hahahahaha.
AND RE-GROWTH!
re growth is gunna make you really angry if you bleaach your hair hahha.
mines black now. much easier to maintain.
and realy cool!
But blonde is really really good. but you really gotta have strong good coloured hair in the first place

If your hair turns yellow after the bleaching or it just don't turn out that blond u want it, you can use silverschampoo. I use it now and it actually helps taking away the yellow

Alot. It always does damage alot, it already damages to lighten up blonde hair, thats how it is. I used to dye my hair with a colour that only lightened it up a little and it got damaged alot, then again it is very sensitive.
I think you can only get away with bleach if you are willing to invest alot of time into maintaining your hair, and if you really want to go blond don't go in one go.

But yeah, i can compare the "treated" part and the natural one... The dyed one is full of split heads
