or get it bleached at the hair dressers over a course of a few months to get it to go white.
the hair cut is long hair that has been layered alot with a fringe.

Don't know how peter does it, but bleaching the hair too many times isn't good at all.. I think its best to do it at a hair dresser, they've got the good stuff.

i thought bleaching it loads works to the advantage? cos it makes it easier to stick up if its all rough?
