It's not Dave since he had "Scumfuck" tattooed across the knuckles.

Well it's the 3 commercial which Dave was involved in. So I would guess it's from those days..

I don't suppose any of you Swedish guys and gals know which issues of magazines have had CRASH articles/posters in them?
I know collecting them is going to be a nightmare, especially when I don't speak the language, but I do love a bit of a challenge.
