I'd say 2003, I had a couple of pix with him from something like 2000-2002, from when he was a member of Paradice. He used to wear fishnet-tanktops and women's high-heels and red lipstick

it was printed in 500 ex. for 7 years ago, so yeah I'd say they're really rare. But they can be seen on tradera like 3 times a year so if you keep yer eyes open and got the money you might get a copy. some guy used to sell the demo on ebay for something like 1000kr - 2000kr, don't really remember.. but It's much cheaper to buy one from Tradera if you find it there.
