Haha, what a f*cking day!

Went up at 5.30 to go to the US Embassy to get our work visa’s, can you believe it? The  dream I’ve had since I was 6 years old and realized how great Guns n’ Roses are, have finally started to get real, it’s insane. Not that it was easy though, we forgot to bring most of the papers they needed and we had to go to the bank twice to get some receipts stamped, and they refused to stamp the god damned receipts until our tour manager threatened the bank office’s manager to announce to the world that because of your bank a world tour is canceled haha. Well, luckily this didn’t have to happen and we’re all in good time now and the US tour is still on haha!

After this exciting episode the whole band sat down and talked about what’s been going on so far and about what’s going to happen, u know, we’ll spend the next 2 months being basically in the same room all the time so it’s kinda important to be on the same level with stuff. Like any group of people working extremely tight together we’ve had some slight issues but at the same time we love & respect each other on a level that is hard to explain to anyone. As always communication is the key to everything and in the past we haven’t put so much effort into it, we’ve just been working a lot haha, spending no time at all talking about stuff. I guess it’s a guy thing too – most guys have difficulties talking about feelings and other serious subjects. Dunno why it is like that… Is that why men are so violent – because they never ventilate their feelings? Haha… Girlz in general are smarter, they talk and let it go… I’ll try that concept too from now on.

After this extremely constructive meeting I went to the EXTEND hair salong to finally get my hair bleached and that was about time hehe, I’ve been almost only half blonde lately . I answered about 50 e-mails too. What did people do all day before e-mailing was invented? Haha.

Tomorrow we’ll do a show in Stockholm with a couple of awesome surprises – hope to see as many people as possible there as it’s gonna be a blast for sure!

Time to learn some new songs for tomorrow so I gotta go! See ya soon!

Alright, just arrived to the venue with loads of people outside, some had been waiting for 24 hours, in this Finish cold, that’s pretty impressive, I’ve probably never seen anything like this in Europe before. To everyone who were there – I hope you realize how much these things means to me. I’m the happiest man on earth .

Alright, I’m trying to get into the routine of updating this blog every day even though I have no clue what to write about, haha.

I’m soon to be picked up by one of our crew members to go to the classic Silja Line terminal leaving for Finland! I’ve been seriously looking forward to these shows since we booked it, Finland is like my second home country and I’m still amazed by the fact that we managed to book two shows on the same day . If I where the one to decide we’d do 2 shows / day everyday but it’s not every time such thing can be organized unfortunately.

Just like everyday I’m in a little bit of a rush preparing myself for this trip so I have to leave you know but since today is a travel day only chances are big that I’m actually gonna be able to pop in later! Take care!

Well this weekend was a blast for sure. Gothenburg might have been a little messy hehe, as it was the first show and everything was new for everybody working with us but we pulled of Malmö pretty good and from now on it’ll just get better and better!

I had so much to think of all the time that I as usual forgot to update this blog, I hardly had any time to even open my laptop but from now on things will go smoother hopefully hehe.

I’m proud of the fact that I didn’t party until I nearly died on the Friday which means that the Malmö show wasn’t affected in any way because of illness and I hope the audience could notice that hehe. Am I growing up a little? I don’t know… I just want to be able to do exactly this thing for as many years as possible to come

Gotta pack / unpack & do my laundry now because we’re leaving early tomorrow for Funland which is gonna be awesome

Alright, haha, it’s been almost a month since I updated this blog.

Well, I needed some time for myself obviously, and the amount of stuff we’ve been dealing with to get this tour rolling was insane….. But hey, here we are, on our way to Gothenburg with all the major things taken care of at least so we’re all good and tonight’s show is gonna be epic, as it’s the first show of the Savage Playground era, I’m so excited I can’t find the words. Especially not in English, hehe .

My new partner in crime Pete Silver has been helping us a lot with our merch lately and I’m so grateful to have him – I’d be screwed otherwise, so bless him!

Didn’t get hardly any sleep at all last night so I’m gonna try to grab a few hours right now! I’m trying to stay “sober” for the weekend which usually means spending more time online so hopefully I can get into the routines of updating this crappy blog again, as I’ve missed you all actually

Finally, my jetlag is calming down a little bit . Today I woke up as late as 5.30am and I haven’t felt this rested for a long time. I love it! It’s wierd though, I’ve been traveling my whole life but never had issues like this with jetlag. Does it have to do with my age? Haha

Well, not much else is new, we reherse every day and once I’m back home I’m helping Pete with the album shippings until I’m too tired to even stand up and then I go straight to bed, haha. Having a blast 24/7 though, it’s so exciting to finally release this album!

Gotta go get ready for rehersal now. Wanna sound good when you see us live, haha.

Been a little busy the last two days! We shot a video last Sunday and Monday. Yesterday we finally started rehearsing. It’s so refreshing to play new songs!!!

I’ve been jetlagged since I came home from LA but it’s alright now actually, I wake up at 2 AM EVERY night no matter what, but since I know that know I can plan my activities around it. I started signing albums at 2.30 because I knew I was gonna be up by then. Maybe this is a better formula then the usual 6-7 hours of constant sleep every night, at least I’m a little flexible now haha.

The whole band is coming to my place tomorrow to sign booklets. I hope to be done with mine before they arrive so that I can focus on being a great host and all that haha.

Seriously, I’ve only slept for about 10 hours since I came back from LA, 3 days ago, once again I’ve lost the ability to sleep appearantly .

I’ll call my doctor first thing tomorrow morning that’s for sure. There are some pills out there that actually works for me, strong like hell, and addictive too so one better be a bit careful here hehe. From one drug (alcohol) straight into another (pillz). .

On my way to a video shoot now so expect some instagram action during the day!

My dear god, my insomnia is worse than ever and my jetlag is still causing problems. I think it’s because I forgot to face the daylight yesterday hehe, I had a quick breakfast and then I sat the whole day e-mailing in my basement without any windows haha. So I guess my body’s internal clock is completely messed up hehe, and I’ve only had 4hours of sleep for the last 2 days but I’m still not sleepy hmmm..

Trying to force myself to catch as much daylight as I can today and hopefully I’ll be sleepy tonight so I’ll finally get some rest .

But the good thing about these sleepless nights is that you get time to think!

Last night I was thinking that maybe I should stop drinking for a while and focus on band work, exercise and healthy food instead. Well, I always eat healthy, but I think a healthy diet works better if it’s not mixed with loads of liquor on a daily basis .

As you all know I love to drink and I’m a responsible drunk and I function very well on alcohol too. Still, it’s probably wise to skip it for a while. For health reasons. Damn, I’m gonna be at least 100 years old. My chances for a long life increases the less poison I put in my body, I suppose.

I’ll try at least and you better support me on this one as it’s gonna be hard

Now I have to dig into piles of paper. I hate this. But I need to have it done before the next world tour starts

Sorry for the lack of blogging during my trip. I was simply too lazy for taking out my laptop all the time and I tried to stay away from the e-mails and all those nasty little things who keeps me too busy while being at home . I was pretty good on Instagram though I think!

It’s impossible to summarize my trip in just a few words so I’ll just leave it behind as the best vacation ever filled with memories for life!

I’ll spend the weekend with paper work so there’s not much excitement going on right now but it would be nice to have it done before the Hell tour and all that starts
